Hepburn Rd
Doncaster

Designed by Artisan Architects and developed by Potter George, this contemporary six-storey, 67-apartment development honours a tradition of detail and hand-crafted artistry.

In celebrating the area’s expansive outdoor spaces, the structure’s spacious, sophisticated interiors are enclosed in a bold exterior. Harmonising with its streetscape, the facade balances the warmth of timber with the contemporary feel of stone. Strong lines and a mix of textures give the project a clean but welcoming aesthetic that appears both impressive and welcoming from the street.

The figure eight that runs the length of the lobby is a hint to the ‘Lucky 8’ in Chinese culture. Created with a Woodform architectural system, the installation of this feature was painstakingly perfected to ensure the feature lived up to its intentions as a statement piece. It creates a strong visual as you enter, and appears to guide residents down the foyer towards their home with confidence and warmth.
