An urban home among the gumtrees, this Jam Architects design of 68 one- and two-bedroom apartments, complete with rooftop BBQ area, brings together both community and tranquility in a contemporary setting.
A tasteful reflection of the surrounding streetscape, the property’s texture and colour palette draw deep inspiration from the natural elements in an urban environment. From spotted gum slats which provide the woodform panelling of the lobby through to the engineered hardwood flooring and timber laminate kitchen fit-out, the finish is modern, light and minimal.
Artist Jonathan Leahey provides the creative finishing touch – a black raven sculpture standing by the entrance. Drawn from cultural symbols of Indigenous Australia, it’s a calming inclusion, offering a statement of artistic flair to welcome guests and residents.
